Why are your cycles irregular?

Irregular cycles aren't one thing. There are four distinct hormonal patterns that cause them — and they respond to completely different approaches. This quiz figures out which one is most likely yours.

It's useful whether you:

  • Already have a PCOS or PMOS diagnosis and want to understand your specific type
  • Have irregular cycles but no diagnosis — and want to know if PMOS could be what's going on
  • Came off the pill and your cycles never came back properly
  • Have been told everything looks "normal" but something clearly isn't

Nine questions. About two minutes. No bloodwork required.

A starting point, not a diagnosis.
